For 23 years we had been waiting the city was going nuts wearing purple all week, then on Sunday it was like a family member died with our offense. I have tried everything driking, trying to watch movies and avoid sports, but the pain is there for. What to do? and who the heck should I root for now, maybe the saints.

We didnt steal them from Cleveland Art Modell did. For those of you who dont know, the colts left Baltimore in 1983, we were promised a francise many times after that and never got one. The Browns got to keep there team name and records, the colts did not. While we get to watch Payton break Johnny U.'s records jamal did not break Jim Browns record in 03 when he rushed for 2000 yeards. We watch Marvin take all of Lenny Moores records. People outside this state dont understand what it would have ment to beat them and why it hurt so bad loosing to them. But we are very happy with the Ravens now and bleed purple and black.

What are you talking about. You stole the team from Cleveland and won a Superbowl a few years ago. What 23 years are you talking about?

I feel your pain I have been a Bears fan through the ups and many many downs. If your team is Baltimore they will be back next year. That defense will not be out for long! I have certain teams I do not like and choose the team playing them. (ie Patriots (cant stand them)) Just dont pull for the Saints this weekend!

Maybe you need to remember that football is a game played for your entertainment and really isn't important in the overall scheme of things. There is a lot more to life than a football game and which team you root for. Just enjoy all the games and don't get depressed when a team loses. In every game someone has to lose for there to be a winner.

I felt the same way when the Anaheim Angels were robbed in game 2 of the 2005 ALCS.

You'll get it over it. There's always next season.

Trust me.. it was not as bad as I felt when I saw Tony Romo drop the snap in the Cowboys Seahawks game. But I feel your pain.

Didn't you win a Super Bowl 6 years ago?

you just have to wait for the next season and hope they do better. For now root for the next favorite team and hope they win and have a great superbowl party.
