Star Trek, because it was the most innovative and amazing show. It was the inspiration for Star Wars and for a dozen other shows. It is THE sciene fiction alpha and omega. It never gets old. You can watch it today and still be entertained, even though it was made over 40 years ago.

Not a fair comparison as Star Trek had both weekly series and movies whereas Star Wars just had the movies.
My vote would be for Star Trek because it was the start of all to come. Besides I loved Star Treks "The trouble with Tribbles".

Star Wars would totally own Star Trek. Not because I'm a Star Wars fan but because Star Wars has everything Star Trek has (spaceships, aliens, distant planets, evil people, good guys, etc.) and soooo much more. Jedi's, Sith, Light sabers, and a frickin' Death Star! Ya know? There's just this uneven balance.

That's an age-old debate (well, almost 30 years old anyway).
Assuming you are asking the question which "side" would win, if they were ever thrown together as their universes collided, then I have to say Star Trek.
No matter what skirmishes and battles that would ensue, ultimately the war would culminate in a hand-to-hand battle between James T. Kirk and Darth Vader.
Kirk would win. Why, because Kirk ALWAYS wins. And, he does that jumping, flying, double kick thing with his shirt off. It is more deadly than a lightsaber and the force.

Over all, Star Trek would win for its technical consistencies. Borg cube would definitely beat the Death Star, as it would always counterminer the DS's attacks. However, Enterprise E would probably succomb to an Imperial Star destroyer.

It would be a stalemate or be interrupted by an outside enemy that they'd both defeat, then go about their merry way, forgetting about their previous conflict. There will never be a resolution, because both sides have huge fan bases, and if one side wins, the other side will be heatedly complaining with plausible arguments as to why the final decision was wrong. Since everyone can't be pleased, no one will every try.
