to increase the educational levels of Indians tell them to go to school.......duh.....same with any race.....

I hope that question wasn't asked by one of your teachers cause hes/shes an idiot. The same could be asked and answered for any race, the cultural differences are for them to over come not a focus or study group. I know many who are well educated and hold good positions in universities and colleges.
That's a very general question, deserving general answers.
I'm "indian" and people have been trying to "save" us since the boats landed, so once again I hope this isn't a topic posed by your school.

To increase the education of Indian people remove reservations and quotas. Make them earn their degrees and diplomas. Reduce the fees and increase quantity of institutions. Spread the power of Knowledge from Kashmir to Kanyakumari

by admitting them to really good schools like floralpark memorial high school that way they will adapt to the new country and they will also learn and their qualifications wikll be good too an dalso they can get good high school points in high school.
