Why is poor little ole israel allowed to proliferate nuclear facilities for weaponry, and are never investigated, despite the fact that israel possesses the most influential intelligence operations underway worldwide?

Because Israel is a sane, functioning member of the world community, while Saddam has used chemical weapons on his own people, the Iranian president has stated clearly and often he intends to wipe out Israel, then the US. There is no peace treaty between the North and South Koreans, so we're a little concerned there, too.
Bottom line-Israel doesn't blow people up. They don't stone people to death, they don't persecute people for their religion, and since the aborted takeover of the Suez canal in the 50s (which the US stepped in and stopped, but hey, we're still devils)
they haven't started any wars.

The Israelis and Americans are the biggest terrorists on the planet. The Israelis slaughter the Palestinians & occupy their land. They threaten and invade their neighbours and have broken countless UN resolutions.
But if you are on the Americans side it seems to be ok to do that. They will even sponser you with billions of dollars a year to do it.

Israel is God's, I don't think anyone at anytime is going to do anything to that country unless God allows it.
