A question for the ladies:

My girlfriend is not the easiest person to "get off" when we're having sex. She's a little shy about trying new things, but I think there are some things that would help her enjoy sex more. One of the things I've looked into is a Vibrating Condom Ring.

Has anyone every used one of these? Does it make a big difference? How can I suggest it to my girlfriend without making her feel uncomfortable?

I wasn't a huge fan. My ex and I got a reusable one that was made out of plastic (I think the throw-away kind is plastic, too). First of all, plastic is HARD, and if you put any sort of effort into it at all, she has a hard plastic ring bashing her. Thats less then comfortable, and it can be painful. Plus, unless you want to stay still, the ring is only touching her a small percentage of the time- its more likely that you'll enjoy it then she will! It didn't do anything at all for me, and we ended up just throwing it away. Get a regular vibrator- try the kind that wraps around the end of your finger, and use that instead. Its much more versitile, and much more comfortable. She can even use it on herself.

On the 'getting off' part; only one in four women can physically experience an orgasm from g-spot stimulation. Sad, isn't it? They need external stimulation. Try finshing her 'manually' during foreplay- she's more likely to experience an orgasm during sex that way, because she'll be 'warmed up' and more relaxed.

On her being shy- the female orgasm is nothing like the male. It dosen't just happen. Women need to be in the right mindset for it to work at all- you could be doing everything right, and it still won't work unless she's into it. Making sure she's relaxed will go a long way. Honestly, try cracking a few silly jokes. Laughter a great way to break then tension and help relax her.

If i go into any more detail, Yahoo is going to censor me. Shoot me an e-mail if you need any more tips!

I do not enjoy them myself...and I am like your firlfriend-"hard to please" I guess. I have heard rave reviews though. My suggestion is a cheap vibrator (like a $12 one) and more foreplay. Keep the covers on yoursleves in the bed and use the vibe on her gently and see if she likes, then move into more types of forepley...use you imagination. The more wound up she is before you actually start the intercourse part, the more likely she will be to get off. I hope this works, becuase I know how frusturating it can be for the both of you.

Me and my husband have one. We tried it once. It really doesn't work that well. Talk to your g/f and see it she will use a vibrator on herself while she is on top or she is laying on her back with you on top with your knees holding you up. That seems to work well.
