I already answered this for you in detail, but the short answer is no:
"by "hearing" I'm guessing you mean "audition"....and no, you do not need to have professional experience to be hired. They cast according to look (do you look like the character they are casting)...talent, and attitude. They love fresh young faces with enthusiasm, but there are some roles for older comedic actors as well. Of course, if you can sing and dance it doesn't hurt, either!! "

You mean an audition? They want talent, if you have it. Here are some sites that might help you find a time and place to get with an agent for Disney.

By "hearing" I'm going to assume you mean "audition". Disney has open auditions nationwide, and no, experience is not necessary.
