Yes! I do live in `a biscuit` block of flats in G.B.! Last night was so windy, and into my desperation I`ve rang the Ambulance Service to enquired whether they will accept me in Hospital in case of a tornado! But I did let them know that my G.P. held my old address and not the new one! Blind me! What a noisy wind s at the 8th floor, where I live! My manufactured flat will be blown up, but me I shall gravitate...Perhaps I might need a parachute or an umbrella in case of urgent evacuation?!

My idea of Hell would be living in a high rise flat.

My auntie used to live on the 17th floor. The building did move a bit in very bad winds, but it wasn't enough to be frightening.

HELL, is HOT, honey!!! And you surely dont want to go there!!! As far as living in a flat, what is that? Is it like an apartment in America? HM? I thought England, was ALWAYS Cold,, all year long, and that's why they call some of those English "Blue-Blooded!!" I'm sorry, if I'm wrong, but there isn't much I know about the English, except that when you guys talk too fast , I cant understand a word of what you say!! HaHa!!! Like Mick Jaggar, he talks too fast for me to understand him, and I know you all have alot of "Slang-Sayings" , like we do over here, in America... Is it hard for you to understand us, when we speak? And do we sound like we have strong accents, like you do, over there? Oh, about the Cold, I live in the desert state, of Arizona, and this has been one of thee Coldest winters my MUM & I have experienced in the 13 & 15 years we've lived here!! Today its 29 degrees out, and the Wind chill factor is only 10 degrees!!! CCCCOOOOLLLDDD, out here!!! Smile!!!!

Yes. I agree.

High rise flats with wind, also know as flatulence, would be a concern.
