You sound like me a week ago. I normally get my period regularly and then all of a sudden it stopped for 3 months with negative pregnancy tests. I went to the doctor and bascially they said that I wasn't ovulating. I had to take a hormone called "progestrone" for 10 days. That got me right on track again. Sometimes your body needs a jumpstart. However I would go to your doctor asap. You could have a mild problem like me but you could also have the start of endometriosis!!!!

See your Doctor. Women can have neg home pregnancy tests through most of their pregnancy. If your periods are regular and this is never happened you could be pregnant or there could be something else going on. Again see the doctor ASAP

You don't have to have a + test to be pregnant. Those tests measure hormone levels and everyones' are different. You should see a doctor. If you are pregnant, he can test you a different way and if you aren't, he can tell you what the problem is.

I thought you had a few positive tests according to your other question....
Which is it?
I think in your case you need to go have blood work done.
