The web sites that sell birth certificates all seem to say the person needs to be born before June 2004, how do I get one for some one who is born after then?

You need to go to the register office where you registered the birth.

You have to go to the Registry Office in the district where the child was born. There is a charge for a duplicate birth certificate

The person above is absolutly right but its not cheap as a full certificate is needed for passports and other things these days. A short one is cheaper but less use.
