He could and not be able to express if physically, depending on his background. Not enough info to give any real advise.

I would think that he doesn't like you, because he might already have a girlfriend that goes to the same school as you but you don't know it. Also It could be that he doesn't know what your reaction would be, if he did try to touch or hug you!!!!

I presume he is either too shy or doesn't take you to be a very close friend. What I'd suggest is you could be bold enough and give him a hug yourself for the best part is giving a hug one can be assured of getting one in return :)..... or you could also give him a virtual hug by sending a hug e-card http://www.123greetings.com/events/hug_day/ and wait for him to respond :)

Some people are unsure about how to show affection. If you are having doubt then try talking to him. There are probably other clues on if he does or doesn't... so pay attention to his other actins and his words! But again it can't be wrong to talk, be honest!

He might just be young, but if he's older than 13 and doesn't touch you he's either shy or doesn't like you.

What he told me is you have very bad body odor. Please for all that is good use deodorant. You are very lovely girl but no one wants to hug and kiss the girl with body odor.
