You are probably experiencing Braxton-Hicks contractions, the nonlabor pains that prepare your body for actual labor.

They usually start to occur at around 30-32 weeks of pregnancy, and will be felt as a mild cramping sensation in the lower stomach or lower back.

Symptoms to watch for:

1) ANY bleeding, or blood-tinged mucus from the vaginal area, accompanied by pain or hardness of the abdomen (indications of beginning labor)

2) Pain that is bad enough to force you to lose your breath or feels like something is tearing (separation of the placenta, or quick labor)

If you have anything of that nature, PLEASE SEE YOUR DOCTOR OR ER ASAP!! Otherwise, you should just tell him during your regular check ups.......I would assume you are seeing him about every week or so at this point of your pregnancy. He will let you know what his opinion is, and tell you how to deal with it.

You feel sore because you're heavier and bigger and maxed out.

I've felt like shiot for days now.. and iam due the 22nd.

I know a lot of women say they felt like a pile of crap before going into labor.... so.. maybe its a good sign.
