you still really wont feel anything until your about maybe 12 to 16 weeks prego. Thats when my belly started to grow. unless your talking about morning sickness. then again I never had morning sickness until my 3rd trimester. When he does the ultrasoud you really wont be able to see much. Probably just the embryo, but even at 8 weeks with mine you could still barelysee anything. The ultrasound will more than likely be used to determine your due date and make sure your as far along as you should be!

You shouldn't really be having any pregnancy symptoms so far, maybe just a little fatigued. The real fun starts at about 6-7 weeks and will last up until about 12 weeks. By this I mean nausea, extreme fatigue and possibly headaches. Honestly, I really don't know why your Dr. would want an ultrasound at this point. Maybe just to confirm how far along you actually are. But at your stage of pregnancy the baby is gonna look like a little bean. :) Good Luck and Congratulations:)

At 4 weeks pregnant, you should feel a little tired. Nothing more really. It will be another 2-4 weeks before any of the other symptoms kick in.
When you do your ultrasound, you wont see much this early. There is nothing to be nervous about really. He might have to to an internal and they don't hurt, but they are not totally pleasant either.

You are 4 weeks pregnant.
Your body now starts producing a hormone which stops you having your period, and it shows in your urine.
It is now possible for your pregnancy to show up on blood tests, and even home pregnancy tests.
Some women (about 1 in 3!) have a very slight bleed at this point, called implantation bleeding, but it's much lighter than a period, and happens before your period would have arrived. Unless accompanied by cramping, backache or increased bleeding, a small amount of blood being discharged should be considered as implantation bleeding which is nothing to be concerned about.
At this point, your baby is still not visible to the naked eye.
So really nothing happens at week 4

being tired is normal it will be a few more weeks before you start to feel all the effects as your hormones will be doubling daily. A lot of people dont even know they are pregnant this early. I didnt find out until i ws 7 weeks. Dont be nervous about your ultrasound! Think positive.

You'll probably start to feel it in the next week or two. Morning sickness might kick in (knock on wood) and your pants will start to get tight. Right around week 5 and 6 I had to switch to 1rst and 2nd trimester maternity pants because the pressure of my normal pants on my belly made me feel sick.
Good luck

this question would be better asked to your OBGYN, not a bunch of strangers on the internet
