When you need guidance in an honest answer, you need to pose an honest question. To pose an honest question you need to state the facts of the case. If you talk of felony as if it were only a word to be referred in the dictionary, with no further meaning, you are treading on strange and unperceivable ground which your target audience does not know. Tell us the felony. Tell us the matter and you will get your solution in seconds.

As long as you don't have a warrant out for your arrest, have any court orders or probation terms preventing you from leaving the country, then you should still be able to get a passport.
