Did any error messages that appear? What did they say?
What did you do exactly to install and load these game(s)? Provide a detailed "I did this, then this then this happened" history.
What are the specs on your computer? Like what OS you're using (Vista, XP, 2000?), how much ram you have and how fast is it?
Where did you get this/these game/s?

If they won't load then check your computer but otherwise the new games don't work so get your receipt and exchange them for new ones.

our's wouldn't load for 2 reasons:
1)not compatible with the windows we had,check to see if the game is compatible with the windows program you have
2)we had to go into our compuetr screen and maually install the game on our hard drive
good luck, i know it is very frustrating, especially if it is one of your favorites
