Halo or Call of Duty? My dad cant decide which is better?

we have both, he just cant decide which is better. we have Halo 2 and Call of Duty 3.

he doesnt really NEED to know which is better he just wants to have others opinions so he knows whether or not to get halo 1 or call of duty 1 or 2

All depends on what type of games you normally like. I am more of a space person. So I take Halo over any other games. Just as I take star craft over War Craft....etc

But all comes down to what your father likes about the games. Solo or online. For online I will now say that CoD is alot better because the Halo people are cheating in most of their games now. But for solo and all around good game play I say Halo beats all.

He really shouldn't be having to decide which one is better. I heard call of duty 3 is a good game i haven't bought it for my 360 yet. But he should stick with playing halo 2 online if ya have that capability. But it also depends what your father likes more, real time FPS or a scifi FPS. If he likes the more our time fighting he should try battlefield 2 for the 360 that has allot of real time fighting and i play it often online. But I just prefer Halo 2.

I do not like Halo 2 very much,
But i feel COD 3 is the biggest waste of money spent developing a game that anything is better.

Also, Halo 2, i used to love, it was great but after playnig it for years, the only game which got me off it was COD 2, and then GEARs.

well i actually have call of duty 3 for ps3 and its an awesome game. i played halo before on my cousins xbox and it was good. but since i played call of duty 3 more ill go with it. plus its graphics and sound are incredible. i hope this helped somewhat. have fun playing.
