Please do not worry at all. Yours is not a solitary or a unique case. Also, do not ever take the blame on yourself. Break, to be sure is caused by a two-way failure. However, you need not blame anybody for this as well. Take it in your cool mind and begin thinking positive about life.
Life is a precious opportunity granted and no moment should be allowed to go waste. You were born alone and will quit this world alone as well. It is only during the intervening period that the need for a life partner is felt. However, it may be that one enters and then exits. Please treat this also a part of life.
Read books on relationships and know more about stories of break ups. You will find beautiful perspectives in these accounts. Who knows, you may restart your life with a bang and to the astonishment of the entire world. Groom, boom and zoom!
Apart from reading, meet people and know as much about them as possible. Foster more friendships. Revive old friendships and get chord-ed. They will surely protect you against possible loneliness and melancholy. Ready poetry, if interested. View good movies. Eat out with friends, if possible. Shoot sights and scenarios with camera and then watch your creations with rapt attention and appreciation. They will all prove to be confidence boosters for you. Good luck.

GO TO A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN DO COMMUNITY WORK, HELP THE NEEDY, ABUSED WOMEN OR THE WEAK ELDERLY, IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF AND MAKE YOU APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE AND NOT BE DOWN ABOUT WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.
