What is the whole question ? You mean as Allies? Or enemies ?They are our ENEMIES still, they are giving Iran the Nuclear technology in hopes that they will burn the USA in nukes. Trust me Russia is enemy, make no mistakes, they will always want revenge. and China is a sneaky enemy also. The only reason things remain okay is for political correctedness trading agreements, etc..neither country would care if USA was wiped off the map. They will always resent this country. The bible talks about dragging them by their jaws to a war ......watch russia and see when prophecy will be fulfilled.

"USSR" stands for "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics"(Soviet Union) USA- United States of America.
As you know USSR is no longer exists then it is USA.
