I'm a male 21 year old. I have an issue with my nipples where they look as though they have air under them and when i pinch them they kinda deflate but will inflate again like 30 seconds later. In the cold weather days or water they will shrink and look normal but most of the time they are airbagged up and it looks really un attractive and not normal. It lowers my self confidence when I am at the beach or pool party etc. Is there a cream or anything I can do to keep them flat and erect rather than blown up air bags? Who else has this problem and did you find away to fix it? Does anyone know why it happens?

Oh jeez... "lowers your self confidence?" Most of us guys worry about our gut, which doesn't shrink in cold water, and other parts that DO shrink in cold water.
Gay guys love men w/ large nipples, and if I understand the rumors correctly, get surgeries to have them look like that.
If you really want to do something, I'm sure a plastic surgeon will be glad to help you.

according to Health Issues for Men magazine, (sept. 06) the up and rising juppy group called metrosexuals aim to have erect nipples. appartently, they think the look is more masculine and a source of attraction for the oppositte sex.

Your nipples sound fine to me. I know what you are talking about and my belief is that not all are alike. Enjoy what you have and don't be self conscious. Everyone is different and that's what makes life great.
If you smoke pot, I've heard that it can make your boobs bigger if you are a man. I tried it and didn't get bigger boobs, I'm a woman. Imagine my pain... haha
