I vent been on the pill the wholeof this month. And just fearing missing my period, this will be the third week without, is it safe to take pills now? What if embryo formation has already started? Will it harm me & the embryo. What would possibly happen if I just go ahead and take them anyway...

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. If you didn't get a period it is possible you're pregnant (the pill isn't 100% effective), and in that case you should go to your doctor to find out. Most studies show that taking the pill on accident in the first weeks of pregnancy is okay, but you should get to the doctor right away to see if you really are pregnant so that you can stop taking the pill before you harm the baby.

going on the pill can cause your period to become lighter or delay the period should discuss it with your doctor. there should be a paper with the pill stating the side effects of the pill.

Taking the pill can cause you not to have a period at all, speak to your doctor about it.
