yep....brain swelling and heart failure fronm all the water....it was for the nintendo wii....the dick jokeys got fired cuz of it too

Yes, I did. It was a water drinking contest, and she died 5 hours after end of contest. Larry King ran a segment on it last night. It is called water intoxication. It is very sad,especially as her recorded voice was played on the show, no one realized how serious her condition was She felt very unwell at end of contest, and condition just escalated. So, as good as water is for your body, too much ( in total excess ) can be lethal.

Yeah I heard about this story from my neighbor... Really, really sad. It is too bad that you get these guys in radio who generally have no real academic education. Then, they get a job as a public figure who gains trust in the audience that listens to them.
In order for your body's muscular system to function, the 2 chemicals that mix to allow your muscles to move is sodium and chloride....the basic make up of table salt. I believe they need a combination of potassium as well. Anyway, this is common high school or early college biology information that should be known to any one that works or plays and sweats a lot of fluid.... must hydrate your body but you have got to put back in sodium and potassium to allow your muscles to function properly... take care of your body.

yea it is a very sad story, the poor lady did it all for her 3 kids to get wii, its so sad the kids are left with no mom.
