ok, so i have this friend....her eyebrows are HUGE!!!! and its kinda turining into a unibrow!! ahh! but ive told her she should get hers done and shes getting annoyed of me asking her...i would stop but its kinda embarassing to be with her!! so how should i tell her that she has a unibrow and there HUMONGUES!

Maybe she likes herself "as-is". You've made her aware that you don't find her eyebrows attractive. Now it's time to drop it.

Go to a very private place, with just the 2 of you. Then begin in a regular conversation. Then say, "I've been wanting to tell you this, I think you really need to get those eyebrows done, because they are turning into a unibrow and it is kinda embarassing to hang out with you." she may get annoyed, but its the truth!

Ok...first of all you have noticed she is already annoyed by your comments...so, try doing this.
Take her to a quiet place..like a bedroom and sit her down and say:"baby,You know I love you and I am your friend. A very important job of being a GOOD friend is being able to tell each other the truth and helping each other to be better. I want you to trust me as a freind, cause the reality is that I dont want to hurt you in any way, I want was best for you....The thing is that I feel is my responsability to tell you how good you would look if you did something about your eyebrows,cause i really hate it when people talk behind your back and make fun of you. I have tried to tell you about this before and I know it may be uncomfortable to talk about this, but I want you to trust me on this, YOU will look and feel better and at the same time I wont feel bad and angry anymore by those assholes who make fun of you behind your back...please, I promise to go with you and we can both get it done!"

Just tell her that some guy/girl she thin is hot thinks she would be a lot better looking if she didnt have a unibrow. Or buy her a waxing kit for her birthday.

How old is she? Because if she's pre-teen, you should let her be. Now, if she's old enough, then she should consider looking more feminine. Not to look attractive to any moron, but for self esteem.
Try telling her that you care for her and you'd hate to see anyone make fun of her for the unibrow. Then maybe she listens to you.

Don't say anything else to her.
Try buying her a voucher for a beauty parlor. You don't need to spend that much money keep the amount small so all it can pay for is an eyebrow pluck.
The more you mention it to her the less she will listen.

Be blunt but considerate. tell her that you are only speaking in her best interest and that you are trying to help her out. Now if she wants to keep her unibrow than so be it, more attention for you when yall two are together! (LOL thats mean)

for her birthday or as a treat give her a gift voucher for a free beauty eye-brow wax (usually costs about $20-30) suttle but to the point, if you know what im saying
this dude smelt heaps bad so i put a bottle of rexona nyx in his bag with a stick on message saying "a little gift that might come in handy......try it it smells good"
he smelt good the next day and i saved him the embarrasment of telling him

theres gonna be people on here that are going to tell you that you shouldnt care or be embarrases if she is your friend...blah blah you know a bunch of bullshit!!
BUT i there are just some things that can bother someone with out no reason like a pet peeve..and i would be bothered too seeing that hairy *** unibrow..
tell her straight up ..like they do in the eastcoast..
tell her it looks stupid..and if she tells you she doesnt care..say "well then if you wanna look stupid by your self...."

Tell her eyebrows take away from her beauty and you'd like her to have them done. There is nothing wrong with you telling her it takes away from her beauty and that people look at her and only see her eyebrows and are turned off.
