I am all for it. Age shouldn't matter as long as the two of them are happy together.

Their both adults, so it's perfectly okay as long as they're both honest with each other as to whether they're in it for "fun" or a real relationship. From the male's point of view, I would think long and hard about settling down with a woman that age, even if you think you are in love, because one day you might wake up and realize you really did want kids and that is just not going to be possible (unless you adopt, of course).
