yes. you can get cramps if you are pregnant. usually about 10-12 days after conception, when the egg is implanting itself into the uterus. it can also cause spotting. it doesn't usually last long.

Yes you can. I am on my third pregnancy right now and had this happen to me. Had my LMP on November 28th, 2006, conceived on or around December 12th and on December 24th I started getting bad cramps and thought my period was coming any day because it was due December 28th. I had the cramping for awhile but period never came so I took a test and got a positive. Went to the doctors yesterday and everything looks great, so you CAN have bad cramping and be pregnant. I had it with my other two pregnancies also.

Let me put it this way, I totally thought I was going to have my period because the cramps and tender breasts and everything came right on schedule. But now that I know I'm pregnant, and looking back on it, my cramps were a little different than normal, they were like quick piercing pain, instead of drawn out achy pain.

well before i found out i was prego i had cramps similar to what they would be when i started my period. then it just didnt come. to this day i still have light cramping but for the most part im just tired. the cramping shouldnt be too bad and nothing worse then what your period cramps would be! if you know for sure you are prego and expierenceing these cramps and they are pretty bad i would go see a doc. but if you dont know give it a few more days then test and you'll know for sure! cramps are normal though throughout a pregnancy.. its your uterus stretching for your baby!!!
*good luck*

Well only you know if there's a chance. If you haven't done anything to get pregnant or anything it could be the stomach flu. Are you late? If you think there's a chance take a pregnancy home test, if not, it's something you ate or the stomach flu (possibly)

Yes, you cramp in the beginning of pregnancies due to your uterus stretching. It does sometimes feel worse than a period cramp.

You could be cramping. But if you don't know for sure if you are pregnant yet, it's also too early to feel this type of cramp.
