for me it's i love you, it makes you so vulnerable. saying i'm sorry is no biggie for me, i'm the first to admit when i've done something wrong and see no shame in that.

It's a lot harder for me to say I am sorry because most of the time I am not the one in the wrong but to make the idot that I am having the fall out with feel better and move on I will say that I am sorry.

Peace

Much harder for me to say I love someone... because I don't often give that up. I can say I'm sorry any day when I am truly sorry which is quite often lol.

Neither one is harder for me to say. I'm always saying I'm sorry and if I love someone I'll tell the person that I do.

I'm sorry -- I say I love you to everyone that I love -- I want them to all know that I Love Them...

Now if I've done something wrong, or if I am wrong, or if I have hurt someone, I will say I'm sorry but sometimes it's not the easiest thing to get out...Especially if I think I'm right!

I am sorry. I say I love you to my family at least 10 times a day.

In a heartfelt situation...it's easy...because you deeply mean it. However, it is always hard to say either if you know deep down inside you don't love the person...or you are not sorry for what you did.

I think it depends on the situation. I'm sorry is definitely a hard phrase to say, but I love you is too. It's a commitment phrase.

Depends on the person..harder for me is to say either one and always mean it to people other than my kids...ouch..that's a little harsh..but it's the truth...or IS It? :P
