Exactly the same. People suck regardless of geographical location.

I think it is easier to make general caricature about USA than Europe where the cultural différencies are to strongs.
But you can find a lot of clichés for each country
- the very traditional & lubrical Frenchies. Thinking that they are better than anyone else
- the excentricities, the flegmatism of the Englishs. Their working classes (like in Ken Loach's films), their establishment and high society (like in "Match Point" of Woody Allen or "Goshford Park" of Alltman)
- the german disciplin. A lot of american still remember germany as the country of nazism.
- the liberalism of Netherland, Belgium, Scandinavian who are less puritan than the rest of Europe (Drugs, sex etc). Their blond population
- The mediterranean people from Spain to Israel. Their macho men and beautiful girls
But it's just stereotypes

I agree that Borat wasn't showing anything unique to America.
And since the Borat guy is Jewish, I think he's the last guy in the world to talk to anybody about prejudice.

It wouldn't have worked very well in Europe as he has done a lot of things over here already, and there would have been a language barrier problem so it definitely wouldn't have been as funny

well it shouldnt matter where it was filmed, sacha baron cohen is from the UK.
but i find this movie absolutly hysterical, anyone who thinks it wasn't good is ****** dumb.
i hate when people talk shiz about it and try to get him in trouble for this movie, who gives a shiz it a ****** movie, just watch it and laugh.
