None that I know of. The only thing they do is sing you happy birthday very loudly while everyone stares at you angrily for ruining their meal. It would be cool if they did, but then too many people would lie and say it's their birthday so they got a free meal... and I don't think I'd be incredibly eager to take my passport or birth certificate along to a restaurant to save myself $20.

I don't believe there are any national chains that still do it. There may be one or two local restaurants in your area that do but the age of the free birthday meal is dying out.

todai restaurant. it's a japanese all-u-can-eat sushi buffet. depending on the location they'll either give you the meal free on your birthday or give you a certificate for a free meal at the next visit.
