As hard as I try not to, my anger can sometimes get the best of me. When at home i can vent, but at work I have to let it build up until I explode, but by then hopefully I have found a cigarrette or taken a xanax

Nope. Well, I take that back. I did that other day when my writing software crashed on me. I usually just step away and only let those know who may be able to help resolve the situation. That other day, I just vented. I hardly ever to that.

yes i say whatever is on my mind i just got a verbal warning at work because i told someone off for acting like a @%$ lol and then i have to tell everyone else what happened if they already didnt hear lol

No way. It is unprofessional and immature to show anger at work and it isn't fair to take anger out on anyone who did not cause the anger in the first place. I hate when anyone shows anger to me that I did not have a hand in creating in the first place.

At first people don't know that I'm angry, I hide it pretty well (and usually grow resentful in time). But if someone CONTINUES to push my buttons I will explode in a furious rage! I give them plenty of time to back off and leave me alone but if they continue to harp on me, I will go off!

I can't hide it. When I get mad it's all over my face so I try to warn people so they don't get caught in the tornado of my fury.

i try not to. but usually when i am mad little things set me off and it's pretty obvious that i am mad. haha

I do, in my own krazy faerie way...some of them don't always get it because I try not to be completely nuts, but.....yes I let them know.
