I think if drugs were made legal then it would not make much difference as people would still deal drugs and people would still go to them as it would still be cheaper than paying tax on them. Also it wouldn't make much difference with crime as people would still be addicted and need to find money to feed there habits.

I don't think it would be a good idea to legalize all drugs. Marijuana and cocaine in particular could be legalized, and I think it'd be a huge benefit to society to do so. It would immediately deny international organized crime a huge source of income. It would create new, legitimate industries, new jobs, new bases for international trade, new sources of tax revenue, and reduce the burden of the police, cops and prisons that currently have to enforce the stupid prohibitions against them. Your harder drugs could be decriminalized, but I wouldn't outright legalize them. Nor do I think there's any great need to. Terrorism, no, not in general it wouldn't do much about them.

Making drugs legal and taxing the sale of them is really just another form of regulation. The only real benefit would be perhaps a better quality of drugs and a litle more money for the government. Drugs are illegal because there is a BIG profit for givernments. Wake up and smell the poppies.

for first? if drugs having license to sell or consume, which granted from state medical council that will be legal.
if above drugs manufacturer or marketer is a private sector that company should entitled for tax component .
if it's bring both positive and negative the legislation should concern with balance. like conducting awareness program for addicted community.

Did you hear what John Gotti said when asked if he was dealing drugs? He said "no, I can't complete with the government". The cia brings them in the country for their black ops money so they will not be legalizing drugs unless we change our whole government structure
