And notice how the gas prices have not dropped to where they were a year and some months ago? It seems like they drop very slowly, but rise real quick, don't they?

Try over production as OPEC tried to ride the wave of high oil prices. There is a glut in supply, so they have to drop the pricing to try to move more oil and free up storage space. If they don't do that, they have to stop production and that is a nightmare. To restart an oil rig is almost impossible without replacing major components of the pumping systems.

Why ? Simple . Because there is NO RELATION between gas prices and elections . Using your poor theory.. .. gas prices would have sky-rocketed AFTER the elections !! Did Not Happen . Say that to yourself as often as needed to clear your mind of such foolery .

its called the free market . gas prices are directly linked to the price of oil from opec and has nothing to do with politics.

you libs blame Bush when it goes up and when it goes down. this called distorted logic.

That's extremely egotistical for you to think the American government has anything to do with the price of oil. America can't even win a war in Iraq or balance it's own budget.
