Ok, so you find this hard to believe, but you do not understand the nature of Nigeria. The Government of Nigeria is also corrupt. I hope to generate some controversy and reponses here. Actually, I am looking for hard evidence of this, not rumors.

The guy that called me a crazy B, is evidently a Nigerian Scammer himself. I do not understand why Nigerians do not want to admit their country is corrupt. That country reeks of scam and corruption. I can smell it here. Of course there are good people there, but how do you tell the good apples from the bad ones. Person 1:
As far as teaching their kids how to scam, I don't know but we have received some reports that the church pastors teach classes on how to do internet scamming. The pastors also bless the scammers, tell them God wants them to rip off Westerners, etc. They also serve as spiritual guides and scamming teachers to scammers, including some of the really experienced ones. We hacked in to a scammers mailbox and found mails to
"Pastor Teacher", a minister who was a spiritual guide and scamming mastermind to this group of older, very slick scammers. Person 2: I was told by a Secret Service Agent here that they do teach children how to scam there.

I spent 2 and 1/2 years in Nigeria (with a christian drama company) I never heard a pastor/preacher or teacher tell people to rip of westerners. In fact, we took offerings in the churches where we performed, stayed in Nigerian homes and ate Nigerian food. (like pounded yam and draw soup) We survived only on the offerings we received. We met wonderful people who did not have any plans for scams. Yes, there is a lot of corruption there but not everyone is that way. The schools I was in never taught about scams. Dr.Panam Percy Paul is one of the top musicians in Nigeria and I heard a song some of his friends did telling the Nigerian people they didn't need to be corrupt and they could be a nation that was truthful. There are tons of Nigerian scammers but don't base your thinking about the country on that....That's like saying all Americans are like the people on the show Dynasty. Nigerians were very amazed to find out we were traveling basically without any money and were dependent on our performances to survive. In America and Europe I stayed in guest rooms. In Nigeria, they gave up their own bed so I could have a place to sleep. My friend Dr. Panam is still doing ministry in Nigeria to his own countrymen. I know he is a true Nigerian that wouldn't scam people or bless people doing that.

I honestly think there are schools or some sort of training centers set up specifically for this purpose! I remember a few years ago, I read a newspaper article related to this subject, and how all these scammers work out of internet cafes, all a big game to them. The worse part is I can't believe people actually fall for their crap!

Bah, scam! Those e-mails I get every day are all legit! Just yesterday I sent Nigeria's Minister of Finance my bank account info because he needed my help moving 3 trillion dollars (American) into my Chase bank account. I'm patiently awaiting my check. *Drools*

nigeria is not as corrupt as you think and how you are presenting it. nigeria is like any other african country except it is the richest-african-run country.because of nigeria's wealth and culture, people like you are so jealous of your own country that you decide to lie about someone's else's country. before you expose the flaws in my country check out the flaws in your own country.
