Of course it is oki...Only thing is how good it is for you in certain situations...For example sometimes its good to be quiet and peacefull...But imagine if you would work somewhere where you would need to be very "talky" ?Than it wouldn't do you good...
Of course if you find job and company that suits you its totally oki thing...

Yes - the less you talk, the more likely it is that people will listen when you do. People who talk all the time rarely say anything worth listening to.
