A service tech will work hands on with the computer to fix the problem, a support tch will work over the phone with he customer to fix the problem. Service ech is more fun and you learn a lot more but support will usually pay beter becuase its hard to work though somebody to fix a problem.

a computer support tech is mostly over the phone support work like working at microsoft(if your lucky) or working at a call centre not a very interesting job. but a computer service tech is one who does out call for jobs, so if someone calls up a company your working for and asks for some help with there computer they will send you out and fix there computer either through servicing by getting rid of viruses, networking new hardware, new hardware installations, cabling etc... hope that helps
