You'll definitely need to use a dolley and two strong people. You'll have to lean the washer and dryer back onto the dolley, and secure with rope or cords. One person will have to be behind the dolley, easing it down each step, the other in front of it, helping to keep the washer/dryer balanced on the dolley. That's why I say two strong people; you definitely don't need any accidents here! And, of course, be sure that the washer has been previously drained of any water so you don't have a mess to deal with afterwards. Good luck!
