hit either F1 or F2 a starup. Then, only get the BIOS update from the manufacture of the computer on heir website. If they don't have i posted DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. If you mess u your BIOS your will have to replace the motherboard. No you cannot fix a brocken BIOS, so do it right the first time.

When you are booting your PC up, right near the beginning if you go into your BIOS there is an option in there to display system information. In that area it will tell you the version of your BIOS. You can get updates from your motherboard manufacturer's website.
