When I was in high school, my brother and I set up our living room like it was a radio station, and we pretended to be DJs. We even did different talents such as singing and comedy throughout the day, and did different voices for interviews that were absolutely insane. Odd? I would say yes.....were we bored as hell....obviously we had to be, but it was fun/funny. I should mention, my bro was a giant of a person....you know football player, wrestler, track star, etc etc.....if any of his friends knew he would do such a thing he probably would have been mortified.

2 things actually, because i live in cali, it doesnt snow whare i am, so we went up north to whare it was, and loaded a pickup with snow and made a mini hill to slide down on and all kinds of stuff. the other was really fun, somehow i sliped and broke a finger, and it hurt, espically because i couldnt get out of the L shape it was stuck in, looking for a hospital in an aeria we had never been to was also fun, that and being no houses or stores made getting directions hard too, but man was that cast thing itchy! ugh, i can still rember how it felt, all stuck, like someone glued my bones in a L shape.

I built a snowman that was so tall that I had to get out a ladder to keep adding snow to it. It was probably about 11 or 12 feet tall but for some reason only one or two feet wide, which unfortunately was the reason why it collapsed. But those were some good times anyway.

I am from San Diego. I have never had a snow day in my life. I have never lived in a place that it snow. Sad I know. I spent all my youth surfing and playing on the beach during winter.
It was a hard life.

For years when we would have a snow day, my friends would come over and watch Sister Act. I still don't know why that movie but we all had a good time.

my husband and I build an igloo in our front yard for all the kids and thier friends. We built up the snow and put a peice of ply wood on top and covered it with snow. The kids built snowmen and dressled them up. We had a great time. It didnt melt for along time and the kids had a blast!

When I was a kid, Dad would hook up our sleds to the tractor & pull us around. When we were so cold we couldn't stand, we would finally go in and Mom would have hot chocolate for us. Not the stuff from the envelopes but real, made from milk & actual chocolate, hot chocolate. That was the most fun ever!
