I'm starting a business soon where I will go house to house and help people with any computer problems they have. How much should I charge?

So, you'd be like a gigolo computer repairman? Interesting!

If you don't know the answer to that, you obviously haven't done a business plan.

You need to do a business plan for several reasons. They are a pain in the butt, but without them, you will be wandering aimlessly, and more often than not, losing money.

You will need to know what your competition charges. Can you charge as much? More? Less? How will you market your business? How much will that cost you? What will your service area be? What will you offer that will make the consumer choose you over the Geek Squad (and their HUGE marketing campaign and tie in with Best Buy) and the other 150 similar services in the Yellow Pages?

Need help with a business plan? Check the links below. I highly recommend you use the services provided by the SBA and SCORE.

if your business is really about computers, than I say around 30 to 40 dollars an hour, if you business is about sex, as your title says, than you will want to charge more.

Well - I don't think that people will want you in their houses with your kind of attitude. Time to rethink your business strategy I believe!
