Find the name/phone/email of your Cingular/AT&T corporate rep and let that person know that you're a current subscriber. Your rep will probably push through a request w/ Customer Service to place a recurring discount of your monthly charges on your account.

I get a great deal through my employer:19% discount on my $39.99 package with Verizon Wireless.

There are 2 ways to do it. One is go to www.cingular.com/discounts and fill out the information. You will need a company email address. If you do not have one look at the bottom of the form and click on the don't have a email link. You will need the following a pay stub and a FAN number (foundation account number). If you don't have a fan call your local Cingular store they should be able to look it up for you. Also try asking your fellow workers with Cingular they might have the FAN. Or 2 you could take your pay stub to the local Cingular wireless store and show them your pay stub. Remember to black out any important information like SS no. and rate of pay. It takes about 3 billing cycle to see the discounts take effect.

There has never been any such law. Employers don't have to offer health coverage at all. It's a benefit. A perk. Be grateful you get any help from your employer at all. In these difficult times, many employers are completely cutting health care. Many employers, in fact, I'd argue most, if they do offer employee health coverage, they do not cover any additional for family members. To get a family plan, the employee usually has to pay all additional premiums. Good luck! :0)
