Unfortionatly you need to throw them out. If the clothes are 100% cotton you should expect them to shrink a lot.Buy 1 size bigger than you wear. If your clothes are 80% cotton and 20% polyester than your clothes won't shrink too much to throw them out. Try to buy clothes that have a different material than just all cotton. I hope this will help your problem.

Buy new ones. Also you could try putting them in colder or hotter water depending on the material type. Different materials have different properties and need to be wash differently. That's why certain pieces of clothes has a label on them and tells the consumer how to wash each piece.

rewash them and pull on them a lil to stretch them. but make sure not to dry the clothes that you know shrink because thats what shrinks them! just hang them up when they are done washing and air drying wont shrink them!

Learn next time to look at the label and wash in correct water temps so my stuff won't be cramped up!

Give them to someone that they can fit. Your picture is gross. Are you trying to show us your camel toe or are those some pants that shrunk in the wash?

Realize that my clothes didn't actually shrink, my butt just got bigger, then diet.
