Yeah I am 10 weeks with my third. I still get scared every now and then, but its just growing pains. I had some last night and started freaking myself out and had to have my husband tell me it was OK. Its normal to worry some, that's what mamas do, worry about their babies, but everything is OK, not if they get really bad or you start bleeding, call your doctor. Good luck and Congrats!!!

I had period-like cramping in the first few weeks. Then the cramping was forgot about when the nausea hit. When I was 12 weeks I got cramps around the side of my belly and my doctor said it was because I was expanding. Worrying is normal especially with first baby. When in doubt...just as your OB. Congrats on pregnancy! It is so exciting.

I don't have an answer for you. But I am glad you asked the question because I am 5.5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing some mild cramping that comes and goes and I was really worried about but then i started reading what other women had wrote on various websites that they also experienced cramping and one even said she had cramping up until her 33rd week

Perfectly normal to have some cramping. It is probably your uterus stretching. If you have sharp, or severe cramping with or without bleeding then I would call the dr or go to hospital. I had on and off cramping for awhile in the beginning. Good luck and congrats!!

It is normal to have some cramping, its called round ligament pain. Simply meaning your uterus and everything else is stretching! If it bothers you and you would like peace of mind, Call your OB office and talk to the Nurse! It's a great service to help with all the uncertainties of a first pregnancy! I called all the time!! Congratulations!!!!!

that's fairly generic and from time to time i don't know which i might choose, cramps because of the fact of toddler or cramps because of the fact of era pains! i come across a physique pillow facilitates at nighttime or a warm water bottle on the terrific option of your abdomen. Or, from time to time purely slightly lie down facilitates in case you could desire to take 10 minutes and relax. wish this facilitates :)
