Adobe Photoshop is a great drawing program and it has some fairly advanced features you can use once you become more familiar with the program.

paint shop pro is great but it is not as simple as paint. you will work it out good value if you cant get it for free email me.. this cis a edit dont care about your vote but i do they are lost. i think paintshop is for you .check it at jasc.com.....
