I used to watch that show with my daughter and she was little and loved it but it scared the crap outa me.

Actually, they give me the creeps. I get a little freaked out looking at them, especially when I remember a story that happened at Columbia University in the late 1980's. They were renovating one of the older buildings, including the gargoyles. One of them wasn't shored up properly, and as a student walked under the building, its supports failed and the gargoyle fell and crushed her to death.

I love them! They peek out from above the doors and windows at my house, keeping us safe from the evil spirits.

no but i think they are really deadly sort of mystical and misterious. i loved that old cartoon the gargoils too.
