I wondered the same thing. The elections are 'stolen' when neo-libs lose, but they don't say anything when the republicans lose.

Two possibilities:
#1 -- the election was too lopsided to steal without it being obvious.
#2 -- the GOP threw the election intentionally so people would lose interest in election reform, clearing the way for them to steal the 2008 election.
