Okay I know I can't sue anyone, it was just meant to be a bit of fun guys, come on lighten up its nearly the weekend.

2. you have no evidence
3. its not really anyones fault that gravity exists and sometimes tree branches break. unless you want to blame god

Why should you sue someone? I'm guessing the branch fell due to the bad weather... Why don't you contact God or the wind/weather monster and discuss with them? If you are worried about unsafe areas, you should report this to your local Council!!!!

I hope you are kidding. That's the problem with people today, everyone wants to sue. If you didn't get hurt, then how can you sue? On what grounds?

I thought you were going to say it was a boomerang you'd thrown. I would suggest that unless you had witnesses (the dog, sadly doesn't count) this is a non-starter
