I don't think you can "make" yourself get sick- usually when people get sick it's when they aren't expecting it and don't want to be sick! Perhaps you should work on the issue of why you don't want to be at school, what is happening that you want to leave. Are you bored there (classes too easy), being teased or bullied, or something like that? Maybe you should talk to a counselor or your parents about it.....

how old are you? depend on your age they would probly call your mom to come pick you up. if your parents work and know they will be gone all day you could just have an older sister call in sick for you and just stay home all day instead of going home early dont have an older sister then maybe a friend that is older that has an older sounding voice.

act like a sickie in class all day. then run out of the room. come back and say u threw up. dont just say tummy ache, school nurses are real nazis these days when it comes to letting u go home. say you actually threw up. or if you are too shy to actually run out of the room, ask to go to the bathroom and stay gone for like 20 min. then come back and say u have thrown up. and say u feel like you are going to do it again.
the temp thing never works.
only other option is if you are of period age, say you have extreme cramps. but even then they might just make u lay down for the rest of the day, and they wont send u home. my sis got sent home but it never worked for me.
what ever you do, make ur symptoms seem as severe as possible, like crying. and do it EARLY!!! if they feel like you can make it thru the rest of the day, they will never let u go!
p.s. if you can fool your mom better than u can fool the nurse, INSIST on calling ur parents. they cant tell u no. my school nurses were mean and never let us go so as soon as my sis got to the nurses office she would just keep saying she needed to call our mom and mom would always either come or give her permissionn to leave with me (i was older and got out of school at noon)

Pinch your cheeks to give yourself a flushed appearance. Complain of a headache, sore eyes and sore muscles. Sure signs of the flu. Nobody wants to catch it from you so chances are they will send you home.
Good luck.
Ahhhhh the days of playing hooky,,,, I remember like it was yesterday. :o)

A headache can't be proven or disproven either. Squint your eyes like the light hurts them.

IT IS NOT ALWAYS SAFE TO BECOME ILL. I FAKED IT ONCE AND ENDED GETTING SICK FOR REAL, WHICH WASNT NICE. BUT IF YOUR DOING IT FOR A GOOD CAUSE WHICH I DOUBT! GET SOMETHING THAT YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO AND BRING IT TO SCHOOL, THEN USE IT AND THEN THE NURSE WILL SEND YOU HOME.

Ipecac. It's used to induce vomiting when you eat something you shouldn't.
