What makes ancient prophesies so much fun!?!?

there is an element of mystery and a little bit of fantasy too and i guess people are naturally curious to see whether the prophesies actually work out or if they are just a bunch of crap.probably the thirst for the unbelievable!!!!!!

They are mainly fun if some of them have come true, then you wonder if or how the rest of them will come true.
