clockwise/anticlockwise/both?

got three on the go round my waist, one my right ankle, one on neck, forehead and left arm thus keeping the right one free for typing. clockwise for five rotations and anticlockwise for five and so on.

Terrific way to whittle one's waiste, but, finished my 20 minute routine earlier, so no, not doing it now. Mostly right handed and clockwise. Thanks for asking.
