U cannt actually say any city in India is the worst. As you know some have developed and learnt a lot and some not so. I think India in itself is beautiful, but according to me crime makes every single place on earth ugly.

BIMARU states namely Bihar,madhya pradesh,rajasthan and UP. Add delhi if u are a lady. All the above are bad. For a lady, its worse since most men there look only to get a chance to rape u.

agra - hated it, so agressive, all for the Taj which though nice is just a building
