that is for a guy who doesn't flirt or talk with the opposite sex,but has to be accepted by all as a charming and good person.. what to do and where to start with?

Show an interest in the other person!
Smile (not a weird kind of teeth smile, just look friendly smile)
Listen to other people, encourage them to talk. Don't worry about what you're going to say -- really focus on what they're saying and comment on it. Encourage them to tell you more by asking open ended questions. (For example, "Tell me more about" "What made you decide to go to or get interested in..."
Dress nice, stand tall and look open - not stiff. Don't cross your arms - that says you're not interested.
If you want to impress a girl, act interested in her, pay attention to her, however! play hard to get.
Ask other girls out that you're less interested in and practice asking questions with them. Who knows you might find you like them. Also, when you're dating a lot of other girls you won't come off as trying to hard to get the one you really want.

Interacting with people in group settings may be a good idea. People are not always as self-conscious in small groups since not all the attention is always focused on a given individual at any one time except in extreme circumstances.
