I think that products from l'oreal paris are first created/discovered in the paris labs.
Same applies for l'oreal new york.
But anyway the products are of the same quality, why would you bother if it came from paris or new york?

There is such brand as L'Oreal New York? I think you mean Maybelline New York.

there is no difference.
i believe you meant loreal paris and maybeline new york.
i have worked under loreal before.
and their headquarters in singapore also deals with other brands like
maybeline, redken, lancome, biotherm...the list goes on.

its just a line name, and they name it that because the style is influenced by the style from those places
