Why BPO & Call Center getting so popular amoungst youngsters & is that correct because each thing has 2 sides?

Mainly I want to know that men working in call centers smoke a lot & drink too as a regular process, they get addicted & girls too forget indian culture and respond in a modern format(that should be understood by all). So are youngster attracted to money or culture of BPO & call centers.

with the levels of unemployment, what do u expect? people need work. Call centers may not be every guy's dream job, but it sure pays enough. It is up to the employers to stop the smoking etc.
